• Delivery of the Information Book and vouchers for excursions;

Tuesday, 6 September 2011

• Breakfast at the hotel;

• 10.00 h.  meeting at “Piazzale Municipio”  and start for a bike tour with guides of the committee.
  
  
• Dinner at the hotel.

Wednesday, 7 September 2011

• Breakfast at the hotel;

• 9.00 h. departure from Town Hall of Gabicce Mare to touristic visit ;

• 13.00 h. Lunch and tasting of typical products;

• 16.00 h. visit Pesaro city and the “Benelli” Museum;

• 19.00 h. return to Gabicce Mare;

• Dinner at the hotel.

Thursday, 8  September 2011

• Breakfast at the hotel;

• 14.30 h. registration office at the Town Hall Square and race packet delivery;

• 17.00 h. WPCC 2011 inauguration and parade of Sports Associations with the WPCC flags;

• 18.30 h. Opening concert;

•  20.00 h. Dinner at the hotel.

Friday, 9 September 2011

•  Breakfast at the hotel;

•  9.00 h.: Visit at "Polo della Moda";

• From 10.00 to 17.00 h.: registration to the races at the town hall offices, with  delivery of the “starter packs” ;

• 14:30 h.:  300 m. Sprint race, by the harbor of Gabicce Mare;

• 15.45 h.: Meeting of Junior Athletes for registration at WPCC village;

• 16.00 h.: awards cerimony of Sprint Race in the Town Hall Square;
  
  
• 16.30 h.: Bike race of Authorities and Guests;
  
  
• 16.45 h.: Beginning of junior race;
  
  
• 18.30 h.: Awards cerimony of junior race;
  

• 17.30 h.: transfer from Gabicce Mare by touristic train to Gradara and  visit of the ancient city walls and aperitif;

• 19.30 h.: transfer from Gradara by touristic train to "Tenuta del Monsignore" typical dinner;

• 19.30 h.: transfer from Gabicce Mare by touristic train to "Tenuta del Monsignore" typical dinner (included all those who haven't partecipated in the visit to Gradara);

• 22.00 h.: Return to Gabicce Mare.

Saturday, 10 September 2011

• Breakfast at the hotel;

• 11:00 h. Start of the time trial ( Fiorenzuola di Focara - Gabicce Monte);

• 13:00 h.: ending of the time trial and prize giving ceremony in Gabicce Monte;
  
  
• 15.30 h.: tasting of typical products al the WPCC-VILLAGE;
  

• 16.00 h.: Interview with Cycling Champions;
  
  
• 17.00 h.: Interview with sports personalities;
  
  
• Interview with experts on sports topics will follow;
  

• 20.00 h. Gala Dinner.

Sunday, 11 September 2011

• Breakfast at the hotel;

• 10.30 h. World Championship: categories M3, M4 and Women;

• 11.45 h. World Championship: categories M1 and M2;

• 14.00 h. prize giving ceremony in the town hall square;

• From 12.30 to 15.30 h. “ Pasta Party” in the WPCC VILLAGE;
  

• At 15.00 h. hand-over of the symbol flag to the organizers of the 2012 WPCC

• Dinner at the hotel (valid for Package A or B).
